Community Rules

/ BUILDING

*A base must consist of at least 4x4 floor, walls, door, roof and a bed, everything else will be considered as spam.

• Members MUST remove any taming pens and temporary bases once finished with them. If you accidentally leave a taming pen out in the wild and you don’t go back to it and its timer runs out, admins will destroy tribe structures on it and this will remove everything you own, so it is down to you and your tribe to clean up after yourselves.
  *Admins will not be held responsible.

• When building bases you must think about other people and respect that this server is not just for you, we are a community and we share this with many other people who are all following the rules. Think about any resources you might be blocking from people. Is your base stopping people getting past? Are you stopping another player from expanding?. If you are within render distance of another base you are best moving or asking the owner of the base if you are ok to build there.
  *Please don’t ask admins if you are ok building near someone’s base. If you feel you might be too close then you most likely are.
  *Render distance is measured using ‘Medium Render Distance’.

• Claiming land is strictly forbidden, you must not under any circumstance place pillars, foundations, or any other structures down to claim land.
  *If you want to build somewhere please build a house with a bed inside (floor, walls, door & roof – can be just one foundation big). If we see any land claiming we will destroy the tribe structures.

• Rafts and traps that are left on the map will be destroyed on sight by the admin.
  *Keep rafts at your base.
  *Collect all your traps after you finished taming.

/ DINOS

• If you decide to leave the server, or if you are going away for a long time, you must let an admin know. We can watch your base if needed or remove it from the server if you decide you want to leave. Don’t just leave all your items and dinos on the map to rot.
  *If we find any bases that are ready for demolishing and the tribe is still active on any of our servers, we will destroy ALL tribe structures. You have been warned!

• If you come across any dinos that are claimable and the dinos/structures do not have a Tek shield protecting them then anyone can claim them. It is your responsibility to ensure you log in at least once per week to reset the timers.
  *Claim what you actually need, do not be greedy – others may need them as well. If you do claim dinos do NOT leave them where they are claimed, you MUST take them back to your base!
  *Admins will destroy any dinos that are just left after claiming or has less than 24 hour claimable timer left on them.

• Feel free to offer help to new players but remember a lot of the early game is the excitement of building up and learning to play ARK.
  *Please don’t give away high level dinos and gear to new players as this could ruin the enjoyment of the game.

*These are serious offences, so if tribe is found overbreeding or having too many dinos out in the base, all tribe dinos and eggs will be destroyed by admin.
*If you continue to break the rule you could find yourself banned from our servers.

/ TRIBES

• Make sure to have the same tribe name across all of our maps.

• We do not allow offensive, racist, homophobic tribe, character or dinosaur names.
  *Admins will change any unsuitable tribe and player names at their own discretion.
  *Dinosaurs with unacceptable names will be destroyed without warning.
  *If we find offensive signs, we will wipe your tribe and you might get banned.

• Players who decide to merge two tribes together are doing so at their own risk. Don’t leave your tribe to join another tribe as you will loose all your dinos and structure. You must select the option to MERGE the tribes.
  *Admins will not be able to assist if the merge is not successful in any way.

• Joining tribes for malicious purposes is not allowed, however it is every tribe owners responsibility to make sure that they accept only trusted players into their tribes.
  *Make a use of tribe tier system and pin lock the structures that you don’t want new members to access.
  *Check with the community in case another trustworthy player could vouch for the member who wants to join your tribe.
  *Admins will not be able to help regain any items or dinos lost from in-siding.
  *If player proved to be guilty of in-siding, they will get banned from the server.

/ PLAYERS

• No Human names are allowed. If you found naming yourself Human by accident, please log a support ticket and admin will be able to change it to your chosen player name within 48 hours.
  *If you are found to be named Human or as a tribe of Human, admins will change the name at their own discretion.

• Do not use special characters when naming your character, as some mods might not be compatible with such naming convention, you might miss out on the rewards and additional benefits that server can provide.

• If you change your Steam, Xbox, PS account name, you might loose all progress from the website rewards system and your account might get automatically unlinked from the website.

• Griefing of any sort is not allowed. This includes but is not limited to:
  -Kiting dinos to other player bases;
  -Drowning other players;
  -Picking other players;
  -Stealing drops, including orbital drops.
  *All of the above are bannable offences if proven guilty.
  *If the player is already at the drop or started doing orbital drop- it is theirs.

• You MUST collect the wood or destroy beaver damns when collecting cementing paste. Not clearing the beaver damns completely will prevent new ones from re-spawning.

• If the character is lost due to server rollback or crash, you will require to create new character.
  -You must keep your latest implant safe in storage boxes for proof of your Tek Engrams in case of character loss, otherwise we will refuse to redeem them on your newly made character.
  -105 is maximum character level admins will be able to grant.
  -Admins will not be able to recover you unlocked notes, missions or ascessions.
  -Lost loot will not be replaced.
