  1. What do I do if I can't see online servers?
  • You can check the server status on our homepage or look for announcements in our Discord channel for any offline server notifications.
  • Ask other players if they're facing the same issue; if not, it's likely an issue on your end.
  • Ensure your client version matches the server's, especially after updates.
  1. Can an admin help if my player or dinosaur is stuck?
  • Admins don't rescue players or dinosaurs stuck in meshes due to time constraints.
  • Carry items like spoiled meat or organic polymer to escape by dying.
  • Ask tribe members or trusted players for assistance.
  • Try using beds, transmitters, teleporters, or mounting nearby dinosaurs for escape.
  • Use a whip or cryopod to move the dinosaur.
  1. What if I die while offline in a secure base and lose my inventory?
  • Lost items are not replaced.
  • Players may die due to a glitch if they log out not in a bed.
  • Store valuable items securely and always log off in a bed to prevent loss.
  1. Can admins spawn items lost in a boss fight?
  • Lost loot from boss fights is not spawned or replaced.
  • Check your dinosaurs' inventory; the last hitter often gets the loot.
  • Ensure fellow players haven't taken the loot; only do boss fights with trusted players.
  • Loot bags may sometimes glitch under the map, irrecoverable in such cases.
  1. How do I become the owner/admin of my tribe if the current owner is inactive?
  • Admins don't intervene in tribe politics, including changing tribe ownership or status.
  • This policy prevents accusations of admin abuse if the inactive player returns.
  • You can leave and start your own tribe instead.
  1. How can I recover a lost character?
  • You might be asked to create a new character if yours is duplicated.
  • Try downloading your character at the new character creation screen.
  • If not found, repeat the download process across all cluster maps.
  • If unsuccessful, log a ticket in player_support with your details for further assistance.
  1. Why can't I interact with my structures or dinosaurs?
  • Known as the “Ark bed bug.”
  • Fast travel from the bed you spawned at to resolve the issue.
  1. Can inactive tribe structures be cleaned up for new building?
  • Structures will auto-decay over time due to the server's decay system.
  1. Can I recover items lost after a server rollback?
  • Lost items due to rollbacks are not recoverable.
  • Rollbacks affect most players, and it’s advised to redo actions lost in the rollback.
